Every summer, we host an Academic Empowerment Conference for sixth form, current and prospective university students.
 

• We dedicate the day to academic skill-building, resource-sharing, and networking to ensure that students feel equipped to take the next step in their academic journeys.

• We give students the opportunity to learn from a carefully selected group of mentors on how to tackle application processes, perfect a personal statement, manage exam-related stress, and explore student funding options.

• ​Past speakers include Malala Yousafzai, George Imafidon MBE, Renée Kapuku, Jack Edwards, Zubair Junjunia, and Jade Bowler.

• We aim to make the conference as accessible as possible. The conference is free for students, and students can also apply for a travel bursary to get to and from the conference.
